We provide event and photo zone decoration services in the United States for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We are based in Columbia, Maryland, and serve clients across the U.S. (including Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and nationwide). Our services (e.g., custom backdrops, balloon installations, floral styling for photo zones and event décor) are performed on your event date and involve labor and materials prepared for your occasion. Because we deliver and install at your venue in the United States, our return and cancellation terms are as follows.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits and payments are used to reserve your date and cover preparation and materials for your event decoration or photo zone in the United States. Specific payment terms will be set out in your booking agreement.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event décor or photo zone booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund terms (including any partial refunds based on notice period) will be stated in your booking agreement. We serve clients across the United States from our base in Columbia, MD.
No Physical Returns
Our event and photo zone decoration services include setup, styling, and teardown at your venue in the United States. There are no physical products to "return." If something does not meet the agreed design or is damaged due to our error, we will work with you to resolve it (e.g., adjustment on site or a partial refund as appropriate).
